Ticket & Registration Terms

General admission to Coffee Connect Expo is free of charge. There is no ticket price and no payment is taken at any point in the registration process.

If anyone asks you to pay for general entry to this event, it is not us. Register only through this website.

Entry requires a valid registration made in advance through this website. Registration is personal to the individual named on it and must not be resold, transferred or reproduced.

Your confirmation is sent to the email address you register with. Please check that the address is correct before submitting.

One registration covers both event days: 25 and 26 September 2026. It admits one person and may be checked on each entry.

The organiser may ask for photo identification where a registration appears to be duplicated or misused.

Free registration secures your pass but does not guarantee entry at a specific moment if the venue reaches legal capacity. Admission may be paused temporarily for safety reasons.

Some workshops, tastings and seated sessions have limited places and may operate on a first-come basis or require separate sign-up on site.

Under-16s must be accompanied by a registered adult. Caffeine, hot equipment and busy production areas are present throughout the floor.

Accessibility information is published once the venue is confirmed. Contact us in advance if you have specific access requirements.

If dates, venue or opening hours change, registered attendees are notified by email. Because entry is free, no refund arises in any circumstance.

The organiser is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs incurred in connection with attendance.

Registration may be cancelled and entry refused where the holder behaves unsafely, abusively or in breach of the venue rules or the site terms of use.
