We only collect what you type into a form on this website. Nothing is bought from third parties and no profile is built about you beyond what you submit.

• Registration: first name, last name, email address, optional phone number, and the audience type you select.
• Exhibitor and partnership applications: contact name, job title, company, brand, website, social handle, email, phone, country, category, products and your message.
• Contact form: name, email, optional phone and company, enquiry type and message.
• Newsletter: email address only.

Registration data is used to issue your free entry pass and to send you essential event information: venue, opening hours, programme and any change that affects your visit.

Exhibitor and contact submissions are used to answer you and to progress a commercial conversation you started.

Newsletter subscribers receive event announcements only, and can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We do not pass registration lists to exhibitors or sponsors. If a sponsor communication is ever offered, it will be opt-in and clearly labelled.

Submissions are stored in a managed, access-controlled database used only by the Coffee Connect Expo team. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to the staff who need it.

We keep registration data for the current edition and up to 24 months afterwards, so we can invite you to the next edition. Commercial enquiries may be kept for longer where an ongoing business relationship exists.

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Use the contact form and we will act on the request within 30 days.

Unsubscribing from email is immediate and does not affect a registration you have already made.

This website does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Only the technical storage required to serve the site and remember your form session is used.

The event is photographed and filmed. By attending you accept that you may appear in images or video used to document and promote Coffee Connect Expo. Tell a member of staff on site if you would prefer not to be featured and we will do our best to accommodate you.
