Coffee Connect Expo is a two-day event in Cairo where coffee culture, technology, competition and business share one floor. Everything that normally happens in separate rooms — trade meetings, competition, tasting, launches, learning — happens in the same space, on purpose.

01Mission

Coffee moves
through people

Green coffee becomes a cup because of a chain of people and machines: importers, roasters, engineers, technicians, baristas, operators, and the person who orders at the counter. Our job is to compress that chain into one hall for two days and let it talk to itself.

02Principles

How we build it

  • 01

    Connection over separation

    Trade shows keep the public out. Festivals keep the trade at arm's length. We deliberately remove the wall — the interesting things happen at the join.

    Engineering over lifestyle

    Coffee is a precision problem: pressure, particle size, temperature, time. We show the hardware and the specifications, not a soft-focus flat lay.

  • 03

    Competition as sport

    Timers, judges, scoresheets and standings. Competitors are treated like athletes and the audience gets to watch a result happen live.

  • 04

    Say only what is confirmed

    If a venue, name or price is not signed, this website says so. We would rather publish TBA than something you plan around and we later change.
