Information published here describes an event in preparation. Details marked TBA are not confirmed and must not be relied on for travel, budget or contractual decisions until published as confirmed.

We take care to publish only confirmed information, but content may be updated, corrected or withdrawn at any time. Programme, zones, exhibitor line-up, competition formats and opening hours may change.

The organiser may change the venue, dates, layout or programme where circumstances require it. Registered attendees are notified by email using the address they registered with.

When you submit a form you confirm that the information is accurate, that you are entitled to provide it, and — for company applications — that you are authorised to represent that company.

Submitting an exhibitor or partnership application is not a booking. Space is only confirmed by a written agreement issued by the organiser.

The Coffee Connect name, logo, visual identity, copy and imagery on this site belong to the organiser or its licensors and may not be reproduced, altered or used commercially without written permission.

Third-party brand names remain the property of their owners and appear only where the owner has approved their use.

Attendees must follow venue safety rules and the instructions of event staff. Working machinery, hot liquids and live production equipment are present on the floor.

The organiser may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone behaving unsafely, disruptively, abusively or in breach of these terms, without refund or compensation.

The organiser is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including travel and accommodation costs, arising from changes to the event, or for loss or damage to personal property on site.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute.
