Refund Policy

No payment is taken for general admission to Coffee Connect Expo, so there is nothing to refund. Cancelling a registration costs you nothing — simply do not attend, or tell us so we can release your place.

You can cancel a free registration at any time through the contact form. We will remove your pass and, if you ask, delete your details.

If limited-capacity workshops, masterclasses or industry programmes are offered for a fee in future, this policy applies to them:

• Cancellations more than 14 days before the event: full refund.
• Cancellations within 14 days: no refund, but the place may be transferred to another named person.
• Sessions cancelled by the organiser: full refund of that session fee.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 working days of approval.

Exhibition space and partnership fees are governed by the signed agreement between the exhibitor or partner and the organiser. Deposits are normally non-refundable, and cancellation terms are set out in that agreement rather than here.

If the event is postponed, paid items transfer to the new dates or may be refunded at the holder's choice. Travel and accommodation costs are never refundable by the organiser.
